Does Chandler support IMPA codes?
Yes. Each catalogue item stores its IMPA category, selling unit and carton size, with local and alternative names so the AI can match more inquiry lines automatically.
Do we have to import our whole catalogue before starting?
No. Add items by name as inquiries arrive; the system suggests the details and your catalogue grows with every order. Bulk import from Excel is there if you want it.
